Product Description

The RMBC4/4-12 is an electronic battery management 4-output charger specifically designed to charge up to 4 rmbp4 ni-mh batteries at once. Each battery can be monitored during any part of the charge cycle.

The RMBC4-4 has a 3-stage programme.

 

FIRST STAGE

PRE-CONDITION CHARGE

This stage conditions the batteries prior to full charge mode.

On initial power up, the operator is informed by both an audible (switchable) buzzer and a red flashing led that the unit is in pre-condition mode.

 

SECOND STAGE

FULL CHARGE

Full charge is initiated after the start button is pressed.

Led indicators inform the operator that the batteries are being fully charged.

After the full charge cycle is completed, the led indicators tell the operator that the batteries are charged and have automatically switched to trickle charge. THIRD STAGE TRICKLE CHARGE. Trickle charge is automatically instigated once the full charge cycle has been completed. A red flashing led and an audible (switchable) buzzer informs the operator the battery is in trickle charge mode.
